A third of local businesses have no website. A quarter of the ones that do have a site nobody links to. One in seven cannot be found on Google at all. Every quarter we scan the whole population again and publish what changed, in full, with the sample sizes.

One in seven has no Google profile at all
7,162 of 52,515 businesses have no Google rating and no review count. For a business with no website, that profile is the only thing a customer can find, and these have neither.

Of the 35,029 businesses with a reachable website, 8,514 have no measurable domain authority. The site exists. As far as the rest of the web is concerned, it does not.
