Storefront Index lives at storefrontindex.com. Our mailing address is 1501 South Greeley Highway, Suite C 4049, Cheyenne, WY 82007. You can reach us at hello@storefrontindex.com.

We collect your email address, and the business websites you ask us to measure.

We also receive the usual server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested), which we keep only as long as needed to run and secure the service.

We use it to run the service you asked for, and to send email you opted in to, which you can stop with the link in any message. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Stripe (payments), and Resend (sending the reports and findings you request). Each sees only what it needs to do its part. The site is hosted on Vercel.

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without cross-site tracking. One cookie keeps you signed in.

Billing records for 7 years, because tax rules require it. Everything else for as long as your account is open, then deleted within 30 days.

On servers in the United States. If you are outside the US, using the service means your information is processed there.

The Index is built from publicly listed businesses and their public web pages. We publish only aggregate statistics: distributions by industry and by city size. We do not publish a named business alongside its score.

If you ask us to grade a specific business, that measurement is for you. It is not added to a public page under that business's name.

If you operate a business and would rather it were not measured, email hello@storefrontindex.com with the website address and we will exclude it from future scans and from the next published refresh.

Email hello@storefrontindex.com to get a copy of your data or to have it deleted, and we will do it within 30 days.
